We do this for clients by safeguarding their investment properties by ensuring that residents are thoroughly screened, the homes we manage are well-maintained, and leased in excellent condition. We do this for our residents by providing responsive service when maintenance issues arise, ensuring that their home is a safe and well-kept home for their families. We believe in building strong relationships by being proactive and accountable, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and helping to provide homes that cultivate pride of place for owners and residents. We will never drift from these standards and the root principles of our business.

Tiffanie has been a Real Estate Agent and Principal Broker for the past 11 years serving her clients as one of the top agents in Oregon. In addition, Tiffanie has over 20 years of experience of experience in project management in construction and property management managing contractors, repair deadlines, and home issues. Her experience in operations management and customer service is the foundation on which Root Principles delivers superior service to our clients and residents.
